Where can I find a list of the specific application requirements for each residency program...specifically, how many letters of recommendation does each incividual program require? I know that ERAS allows 4.

Freida is a good source, it tells you how many letters of recomendation you need for each program and at the same time it gives you the URL for each program webpage, in the program web page they tell you what type of letters do you need (chairperson, assistant professor etc etc).
