Any word on when the Army will release the 2020 MOI for residency applications? Had always been told July 1 - still radio silence.

I spoke on the phone with someone who told me they should be coming out this fall. Not sure why it’s so late this year

Still no update? I reached out middle of July and was told “at the end of the month or 1st of August” and we are now nearing September...

I had to do some digging last year and I finally got in touch with Anne Parchman but she has since retired I believe. Google her name though and see if the office comes up, start there. PM me if you still can’t reach anyone and I will try and get more info.
