Hi -
I'm choosing residency places now and am getting mixed messages from people about:
1. Is it bad to submit more letters to a residency spot than they ask for (ie. four letters instead of 3?)
2. I took my step 2 CK 2 weeks ago, should I wait until I know the results of those scores or should I apply first thing Sept 2nd?

Any advice would be great.

Thanks for your help!

Yes. It looks like you can't follow instructions. There is very little reason to send an additional letter. Pick one or the other.

Well, there are only two options. Either you failed the exam in which case you will have problems getting interviews anyway. Or you passed.

Either way you are still going to apply, so I don't see much benefit to waiting until you get your scores back and then applying.
