I was wondering if anyone had any good resources for interviewing for a residency position in psychiatry. FAQs, good things to look out for when visiting the program etc.

Basically, all my interviews were pretty laid back. Rule of thumb, know something about the program (I know this sounds like a no brainer, but you don't want to look like you took a shotgun approach to applying).
The question I consistently got during interviews was "Why are you interested in our program?"
I think one red flag for interviewing is if you do not get to meet any (or very few) residents. Made me think programs were hiding something.
Psych is an easy match and I found programs were working much harder to sell themselves than me having to sell myself. Enjoy the experience.
