I currently am attending a medical school's regional campus for my 3rd and 4th years of clinical rotations. Can anyone tell me if they've heard attending a regional campus being brought up as a negative?

No. Many medical schools "farm out" their students for clinical rotations.

I cannot imagine this would be a negative unless your "regional campus" were somewhere in Outer Mongolia.

I wouldn't worry about it.
