residency programs in germany for pakistani medical graduates

hey!! I am a pakistani and has just graduated from my medical college in pakistan and i wish to do residency in germany.I would really appreciate if anyone can guide me on how to apply for residency in german hospitals and What are the prerequisite that need to be fulfilled.
