Does anyone know a place where different residency programs are ranked best to worst, or is there even such a thing that exists. Just wondering....

Go to residentphysician.com. It ranks programs by NIH grants.

You can read the US News and World Report (on-line or hard copy) on best hospitals, which ranks them by specialty. That should give you a general idea of how good the programs are.
