Residency Programs with good international opportunities?

Anyone know of programs that are known for their international exposure - i.e. opportunities to rotate abroad (paid for is nice), do research abroad, etc. I'm looking to rotate in Brazil, the West Indies, India or South Africa. I'm applying in the South and West. Any thoughts are much appreciated!
