What programs do you think are worth applying to if step 1: 224/91? Or what programs take people with similar numbers? What is considered to be the average step 1 score for all applicants to ophtho?
Also, have expected publication in immunology and currently working on ophtho research?


Any suggestions or advice for my resume?😎 Or are my chances shot?

I understand your desire to be comforted about your chances given a certain USMLE, certain number of papers, certain GPA/Honors grades, etc...
The thing about matching is that there is no guaranteed number for USMLE, publications, or GPA other than that in general higher is better...surprise, surprise.
I think that your USMLE is just slightly below the average matched applicant for last year, but there are applicants at excellent programs with scores well below yours.
Remember, it's the whole package that residency programs take into account (including personality), and I would argue that an applicant's "like-ability" (once they are at the interview) goes a long way towards a higher spot on the program's rank list.
Don't get discouraged, there are a lot of good programs out there, and what's just as important as where you match is what you do with your opportunities during your residency to learn ophthalmology.
