Residency Reputations?

I'm a 3rd year doing rotations in the detroit area in michigan and I'm trying to figure out where to set up my few remaining "out" rotations before the whole interview/match process kicks off.
Right now I'm most likely going to be choosing between ER and FP...and possibley going to IM....so I was wondering if there are any programs out there that have exceptional reputations in any of these fields? Any idea where else to look for this type of info?

That's a very broad question, especially since you're talking about 3 different fields - encompassing almost 1,000 different programs. You'd be better off doing a search in the individual specialty forums for "top programs" or "rankings".

I'd agree with the above post; your query is so broad as to not be inviting to responses.

I would post the query on the EM, FP and IM forums but also what specifically you are looking for in a rotation. Why do you want to necessarily go to a "top" program and what does that mean to you? Programs which are highly ranked may not be the place at which a medical student gets a lot of experience or exposure to the attendings. You want a place with good teaching, and that may not necessarily be the "top" program in each specialty.

To state this again.. things are very different and in EM it depends on what you are looking for.
