I have lived in PA my whole life but as a Reapplicant, I moved to Chicago to work for a year while I applied again. On my AMCAS, I have my PA address listed as I didn't have IL status yet, but now I have gotten into Temple in PA. Will I now have to pay out of state tuition because of my year here in Chicago or can I still use my childhood home address. I'm 22

It depends on the state/school. I would go to their website...they should have the requirements for residency. However, if you didn't change your license/car registration/voters registration to Illinois, you should be fine.

Agreed. If your address is still in PA, than technically you still live in PA....

However, Temple being a Private school, is there a difference between instate and out of state tuition?

In the end, its probably best just to email someone at the school to make sure, seeing as you don't want any nasty suprises when you get the bill in the mail..😛
