Residency Requirements??

I was hoping that someone might be able to direct me to a site that offers info on residency requirements. What undergrad grades, USMLE scores, research, ect? is required to be considered competitive for specific residency programs? I have been trying to find this info on Careers in Medicine and FRIEDA but I haven?t had any luck. 😕

I just found a book called GMED that seems to contain this info..Do I need to buy a book like this or is this info free somewhere?
