Aside from the usual and expected clinical anesthesia rotations such as general OR, OB, CT, Acute Pain, etc. did/do you have in residency that you think would be good electives, especially for CA-3s. I've seen some programs have a "supervisory" elective where they oversee CA-1s or CRNAs. I was thinking an Echo/Ultrasound elective could be of good benefit. I've seen a blood bank elective, but figure that may be less beneficial. Any ideas?
