How is this not a match violation? I dont understand how people do this. Anyone know what this is all about and how it gets around the program getting flagged for match violations?

i think as long as you communicate with your PD (the person wanting leave) and you have their blessing, it's okay to look for an equivalent replacement. in the end, i think the two PD's have the final say.
