Hoping to get some advice from anyone that's gone through this and had success in swapping residency positions. Currently doing my prelim year but looking ahead to the future. I have been monitoring residentswap.com and findaresident.com, but I haven't gotten many responses (guessing more will become available when I am actually a PGY-2/R1 and match up with other residents across the country).
