Doing some research for my program...please answer if you have, or will be looking for a residency program (does not matter what specialty)

1. What resources have you used to select which residencies to which you will apply. Example, Scutwork.com, NRMP, or some other source.
2. How have you decided which residency programs are better than others.

I think you should post this in every other forum possible...did you try the MCAT forum too? Might be some good answers there.
