I would like to know if anyone could give me some information on hospitals who offers H-1 or J-1 visas for IMG
Hope you can help me on this matter.

I would try the hospitals in the South Michigan area. Particularly, Henry Ford in Detroit and St. Joseph in Pontiac. There seems to be lots of IMGs at these hospitals. I would speak to the Internal medicine department.
