Resources for CT slices?

Can anyone recommend a great book or online resource that shows different structures through all the various axial CT slices.

I'd like to learn about which parts are which in these scans.

Yes, I'm just starting out.

"Anatomy in Diagnostic Imaging" by Peter Fleckenstein. Expensive, but a great CT and MRI anatomy reference.

http://headneckbrainspine.com/ - AWESOME site to learn intracranial, base of skull, and head and neck anatomy. And it's free!

http://radiopaedia.org/ - Another free site. Not quite what you're looking for, but a great resource when preparing talks. They have the actual entire image set uploaded and you can scroll through. The read is also uploaded.
