I got 251 on Step 1, but got 246 on Step 2 CK- Wondering about whether I should re-submit?

Before when? They will find out sooner or later, and I think most programs would mandate getting both scores before ranking you. So you can submit now or in February. Either way, no one will care, the difference in your scores is trivial. It won't particularly help you and it certainly won't hurt you.

very similar boat here. I got five points less on Step 2. I was very happy with my step 1 score, so whatever. I re-transmitted my USMLE transcript that day.
