Do we need a resume for our interviews. All information that a resume would contain is already a part of our application. I didnt see anywhere that we neededa resume and now Im freaking out. My first interview is in 3 days.

I would hope that those fees we paid would guarantee that they already know everything about us that they could get from a resume.

No, don't bring a resume, you'll be stuck carrying it around all day. They give you a folder of school info usually and you can take notes in that. You really only need to bring yourself and a good attitude and you'll be fine!

NJDS, right? Good luck, although you don't need it and you better not take a spot away from me 😛

I brought a notebook with me and that was all (well, and a purse to put my keys and TURNED-OFF cell phone in). I'm glad I did, they didn't provide us a notebook so when I was taking notes I had something other than the paper with tuition fee breakdown to write on during the presentations after the one-on-one. They did give us a folder, pen, and nice info booklet though.

I think even if I had brought a resume of some sort I wouldn't have had the chance to take it out and discuss it during my interview. Besides, it was open file so the interviewer knew everything necessary about me from my AADSAS application.

Enjoy the interview, IMHO it's a really super school and the interview was laid back and informative.

I always take 2 copies of my resume with me... thus far I haven't needed it, and I HIGHLY doubt I will with future interview, but no harm in being prepared.

No resume needed, if they need any more information than I provided on my AADSAS application I'd be very surprised.

You don't need to bring your resume! I would rather to bring copy of my AADSAS application to go over before my interview!

Yes, there is harm and it was stated 2 posts above yours. It is that you have to lug it around all day. Awkward to have papers or a backpack that you have to carry around. Maybe a briefcase would be okay, but really.. are you acting your age with an empty briefcase?
