do dentists have to get re-licensed every few years or so, like drs. do? I know they have to take a certain number of CE classes (credits) per year, every year...but do they take exams to get relicensed every few years?

You will need to meet the CE requirement to practice. My Cali license is inactive since I don't practice in Cali so I have never fulfill the 50 CE credit. Should I want to practice in Cali then I just fulfill the 50 CE and I'm all set.

And we all know you're working on that because you love their tax system. 😀
