Retake at another school, different dept?

Just wondering, (pardon my other post in the application thread)

Say if a class I took at school A's Bio dept was retaken at School B's Biochem dept, has anyone had a similar experience of verifying repeats despite different prefixes of different depts?

I don't think that should be a problem. I had multiple courses verified under different departments. For example, Pharmacology was taken at School A's Biology Department and retaken at School B's Health Occupations Department without issue.
