In what circumstances should someone retake the DAT?

I am not sure of exactly what you are asking, but if you have a low DAT score or one not high enough for the dental school you are applying to a retake is often necessary. Did you just take the DAT?

I took it in November! AA21 with 20 lowest

I honestly see no need to retake for most dental schools, depends on where you are applying. Congrats on the great scores, it appears they were very consistent.
