I am wondering if I retake my prerequisite instead of master would it help for dental school?

Did you take all the electives? Retaking is generally not advised unless you fail. It is pointless unless you get an A, and even then there is not much merit to it since it is your second time going through it and you're expected to do well. Better to take harder classes (upper div electives, masters level courses, etc.) and get A's and B's on them. Just my two cents.

No, do a Master's.
