delete the program from your computer, download it again from the website and use the same code that they sent you in the email.
I tried it and it worked fine for me. Other people have claimed it didn't work if you do it, but from my experience, it was fine.

wait...so u r saying that u can only take DAT achiever once and that's it? What's the point of spending 50 dollars just to take practice exam if it doesn't have outline like Kaplan blue book or barron? Does it have answer key with explanations? and if it has answer explanation, can u look at it twice? if u can't take the test again, u can't see the explanation again, or can u?
