My scores were
AA 20

Bio 21
Gchem 19
Orgo 23
RC 20
QR 17
Pat 19

I know these score are pretty good but my GPA is below 3.0. I gradutated but am taking additional classes at my local college to get a biochem degree.
I know am going to do well but does anyone think i should take the dats again due to my low GPA i feel like i can do better now that im taking alot of bio coures that pertain to material on the dat. I plan on applying in June for fall '09.

i wouldn't retake but focus on getting your gpa up...

You look pretty good to me. I would call some of the schools that you believe you have a shot in and ask what they recommend.

Yeah, I would focus on getting A's in all the classes you are taking. That's probably the most important thing you can do right now. If you really feel you can score better, then yeah, take it again, but your scores are good right now, so unless you are sure you can improve your scores, don't take it again.
