I think you might have to because of low QR and RC, most school looking for above 17 nowadays on each section. So what you can do is apply and see how things go from there.

It's kind of confusing since if you can do so well on the science sections then I would think the other sections wouldn't be too bad. Your AA/TS/PA are fine, but yea your RC is low and QR is very low...try calling a few schools to ask about your situation. They won't give you any concrete answers about acceptance chances obviously, but they should be able to tell you if major discrepencies in test scores like this will automatically disqualify you or not...I have a feeling if your GPA and volunteer/shadow experiences are solid then they might be forgiving...but it's definitely a tricky situation you're in.
