My only C- I got in college was in an upper division statistic course. This has really affected my science gpa. The course name is "Statistics in the Life Sciences." If I were to take a course called "Integrated statistics" at a community college would that work as a retake even though it is lower division and not at the same institution? They cover the same material. Is there a way I can confirm that it will be a retake?

Just saying, math isn't included in the sGPA for DO schools.
MD's take account of math courses. Thus, it's BCPM. sGPA for MD = BCPM.
However, DOs do not. sGPA for DO = BCP and other sciences.

The answer to the question is no unless something has changed. I retook genetics at CC (2000 level) before I realized it wouldn't replace the one I took from university (3000 level).
