Retaking a class

First off, Ive retaken about 2-3 science classes. Im sure that looks bad but how bad?

Also, I transferred universities and in the first one I failed a class, and when I retook it at a diff univ I did a looot better A. My question is, will my previous univ counter that F grade int my science gpa even though I retook it, like when im calc my whole science GPa do I need to ncluding that first F in my 1st univ transcript?

The final GPA is calculated by AACOMAS. Both grades will show but only the retake grade will be factored into the GPA.
