I am a graduating senior majoring in Biochemistry. I have a low GPA (<3.0) and was wondering if I should retake my basic sciences at a community college then apply for a post bacc program. A lot of post bacc programs I've been searching requires a minimum gpa of 3.0. Would retaking some of my science courses (C/C-) at a community college hurt my chances of getting into those post bacc programs?

This is a perfectly acceptable plan.

No. You can do a DIY post-bac too.
