Retaking Classes After Graduation

hello! i will be graduating this may with my bachelor's degree and am looking to retake a general biology course due to receiving a C-

am i allowed to take any general biology course that the school offers, or does the course have to cover the exact topics as the one i received a C- in? i have been looking around at colleges near me to see where i could take them, but i am having trouble finding course equivalences.

any additional advice on course retakes would be helpful as well, and thank you in advance for your responses!
