Where is it best to retake pre reqs? Private college , community college ( much cheaper ) or the school I graduated from ?

School where you graduated from guarantees the retakes going through without a problem whatsoever. Most go to to CCs though because it's cheaper. No biggie either way. Please don't go to another private four year school.

Agreed. As far as I know, the name of the school from where you filled in a prerequisite doesn't matter very much. What matters much more is the school you received your degree from. Just make sure with your college that the grade will be replaced

Go to wherever is the cheapest. DO schools really don't care where you retake courses. I retook a few courses at my CC (and most of my prereqs as well) and it was never brought up. You do need to smash the classes you're retaking though. It looks really bad getting a B in a course that you are retaking...

I took a bunch of CC retakes, had no issues with getting them accepted.
