I took Biology when I was first in college and did really poor - I got a D. If I retake it at a community college or whereever, will the new grade replace the old grade or will the two be averaged together? Also do dental school accept mature students?

the old grade will still count and yes, schools do accept older students. and if i were you, id retake it in a real college..not community.

I'm pretty sure dental schools prefer mature students over immature ones
