i took 2 ( low level )biology courses which not even counted as biology 1 and scored b in both ,and that was 2 years ago when i was in TX

now i moved down to the south where only one community college around and I'm not sure if they have the same courses ,
i called AACOMAS and all they said ,call both schools to check if the course they have will fit instead of the old ones. How can i check that to make sure the biology courses down here will substitute??

anybody ....anybody knows what i'm talking about???

it will push my BCPM from 3.4 to 3.6

I think the reason no one answered is probably because they don't know. You should do what AACOMAS suggested and call the schools. What I would do is get a hold of the online catalog of the first school (in NJ) and then email a description of the course you took to the school down south. They should be able to tell you if they have a class just like it. Explain to them you want to apply to med school and it's important that you replace that grade and the only way you can do that is to take a class exactly like it. Even then, if the numbers aren't the same (say the NJ one is Bio 210 and the community college one is Bio 101), AACOMAS may not replace it. They may average the two.

I retook a course many years later at two different institutions both with totally different course numbers and aacomas took the higher grade. They were both introductory, plain ol biology so there wasn't any confusion when looking at the title of the courses. What are the course names of the 2 classes you are looking to repeat?

both were a way before changing my mind to med school

I think all you can do is read the syllabus for the classes at community college and see if it's overlaps with the classes you took (B103 P103). But the classes seem to be about very specific topics so I don't know if you'll be able to find the appropriate replacement. Then again, I'm not aacomas.. this is just my opinion.
