Retaking Prereq Courses for an SMP?

I am looking to apply to an SMP to improve my application for dental school (3.24cGPA, 3.1sGPA). I didn't complete all of the prereqs for d-school when I was in undergrad though so I was looking at SMPs that would cover the A & P and biochem requirements. Also, I have C-'s in inorganic chem 2 (w/ lab) and orgo lab and a D in anatomy. Many of the SMPs I've looked into say that C- grades and lower are not accepted though. So, I was wondering if any SMP programs accept retakes or do grade replacement?
