Retaking Statistics

I received a 'C' the first time I completed Statistics, but at a community college where it only counted for three credits. Now, I am retaking Statistics at a University, but here it is four credits (currently I have an 'A'). Both courses have the same course code, so will this make a difference on the AACOM?
