***retaking*** what should I aim for?

] so i took the DAT before and got 21AA/20TS/22PAT. BUT MY RC WAS A FLOPPIN 18!! so i scheduled for a retake (even though i applied to schools. my oGPA is about avg and my sGPA is a little below. In this situation, what RC score should I aim for? 20 or 21 minimum?

Honestly I think your scores are good... No need to retake

I wouldn't retake it. Your scores are good. If you retake it, aim for a 30

Your scores are good but if you have the money, you can apply to schools and also retake the test. It can only help you since schools usually consider the higher score. And yeah aim for 20+ if you're retaking.

Agreed. If you're going to take the time and the money to retake, I wouldn't have a score in mind. I'd just do everything within my power to prepare and see how it goes. Plus, aiming for a score is totally bogus--I mean, how does one actually know that they've put in just the right amount of work to get a 20, a 25, etc? Do your best.

I would say Achiever is most similar as far as RC goes...be sure you're fresh on all of the other subjects too...you don't want to get a 30 RC and then lower everywhere else! Good luck!
