Lets say you don't do good on the first attempt on the MCAT and give it another shot. Would the adcoms be able to look at your first attempt and look unfavorably upon you or do they just take the highest score from the two?

If you score well on the second try, there shouldn't be an issue.

The question will come up though: "So, what happened the first time you took the MCAT and got a 15?"

Be prepared for that. But more importantly, don't spend time and energy worrying about what adcoms will think - provide them with a kick-ass CV and you will be accepted! Which, of course, means improving your MCAT score (assuming it was bad - and and SDN, some consider 30 bad - and it's not.)
