Is it possible and relatively easy for a psychologist to secure an employment at the hospital he or she did his or her internship?

Is it possible and relatively easy for a psychologist to secure an employment at the hospital he or she did his or her internship?

It depends on a variety of factors:
position openings
Competitiveness of the position
Performance of the intern
etc....

With that said, a stellar former intern would have an advantage over someone who is unknown to the department.
