Is there anyone who knows of a software or website that allows one to key in symptom constellations and get a list of differentials? such an application would really come in handy for studying for the boards and beyond.

Diagnosaurus is what I have been using. It is pretty good, but you have to use the medical lingo... ex. angina not chest pain to really get a decent diagnosis. It is only going to give you a list though.... would need wiki/epocrates/some other program to read anything about the differentials.
Cheap app on itunes... like maybe $4, free if you have access to access medicine
Dxplain gives you a differential, tells you which ones are more likely, and tells you what specific symptoms are associated with the diagnosis. You can also click on each diagnosis to get an explanation. Not sure if it's free, I get it through our school library.
