Does anyone know of a large, extensive and comprehensive review of HPA axis function/dysfunction in depression? Book chapter or article review. I have lots of individual studies, but am having difficulty seeing the big picture here, as the sampling, methodology and measurement methodology is so vastly different in each one.
Also, dont have my manual handy, what is rule again with in-text citing of studies with lots of authors? If its more than six, you just put the first 6 the first time you cite it, then after that its the first author and et al? Is that right? In the reference list you have to list all authors no matter how many, correct?
