What would make a good quick review specially before an assessment test.

Also how many blocks does UWSAs have and whats the time format?

How close is usmle practice test to the real deal. What does a score of 84% mean because the questions sounded nothing like UW much and I got only 59 % in UW cumulative first pass and getting 62-65% cumulative in RX half way.

They say that the free practice test (known as the Free 150 around here) isn't particularly useful as a predictive tool, but it does represent the approximate difficulty level of the easiest 30-40% of the test.

But based on what I've read here and there, that sort of score on UW, Rx, and the Free 150 is about in line with about a 215-220. I got an 83% when I first took the Free 150, and it seems like different people with that sort of result had wildly different results on the real thing.

But Rx has a score estimator, and UW scores can be converted with this table: http://usmle-score-correlation.blogspot.com/
