When it says mark course as "repeated" does that mean in the course title write "repeated" for the original course and the repeated course?

No, once you're done entering all the grades for each college, there will be a "Finalize" Tab that shows up. During the finalization process you'll select courses you've repeated, honor courses, study abroad, AP/IB, etc.

Yes, mark both the original and the repeat.
