Revisit/Second look, what to expect from which schools?

Those of us lucky enough to have multiple acceptances will probably be looking ahead to revisit weekend/days to help make up our minds... As schools are releasing their revisit dates and we are beginning to make plans, I'm curious as to what an average revisit consists of. Are spouses/significant others/family members encouraged to attend? What expenses are paid for by the institution for regular MD revisits? What schools are known for putting on a good time for prospective students?
