They can rescind your acceptance but it is quote uncommon.

That's all I needed to hear. Whew. I'm going to probably just send my transcripts and if they have a concern, they can call me and hopefully I can discuss it with them.

I would deal with asap because worst case scenario they may ask you to retake it and then you would have time to do that in the spring semester this year. I highly doubt that would happen but you never know.
