I was wondering what adcom members though of people who removing certain activities form their application that they had included in a pervious application. Do school keep your application and refer back to it if your reapplying? @Goro @gyngyn @LizzyM

I've never looked back at an old application so I'd never even notice. Would you be removing something such as activity on behalf of a political candidate or a social cause, or are you leaving off something that was an exaggeration or even something that was untrue?

I volunteered at a hospital for a small amount of hours but now have volunteered at a different for hundreds so I was thinking the lesser was not as important to my application anymore. I also added some other things such as being a treasure of an organization and a school sponsored volunteer project that I just don't see the need to put on anymore as I feel I have better activities. Basically I think having less is more when it comes to the actives sections and having 7 or 8 quality things as opposed to a mix of 12 or so quality and fluff things is preferable. If you think this is miss guided please let me know and thanks for your time!
