Hi I am applying for the BMS program at RFU and the application has a personal comments section in which it asks: "Include a statement indicating the qualities that would make you a successful candidate for the distance learning components of the program." I have searched and found out that most of the electives that will be taught are online courses. Now my question is whether anyone knows what qualities could be good for a distance learning (online) program? The only thing that I could come up with was if I become employed parttime the online programs will be easier for me as far the time saving and schedule match.

I would appreciate any suggestion anyone might have. Please post.

I think what they want is more a statement about how you could be successful in the online courses, not about why it would make your schedule easier. Talk about your ability to learn and do assignments, etc. exclusively via computer.

thanks for the suggestion. anyone else has anymore ideas?
