Does anyone know what kind of a scholly’s RFU gives out? Do they still have the half tuition scholarship?

Yes, but only a handful at best.

I am also wondering about this. Is it renewable every year if you maintain a certain GPA or just for the first year only?

It is my understanding that it is, but it's only 1 person who gets it each year after matriculation. The new round of scholarships going into second year is very low (maybe 6 total given out) since most available scholarships are more for 3rd and 4th year students (10-12-ish) , not 2nd.
