Just curious, if you're in Rho Chi (based on being in the top 20% of class and not the whole >3.5 gpa)... what's your gpa?

Rho Chi is overrated to be honest. Once reality hits, 75% of us or more will be in retail

Nope. My program has a weird grading scheme so they go off honors (95 to 105), pass (85 to 94) and no pass (under 85). And they are weighed as 4, 3 and no points respectively so essentially you can get 94s on all of your assessments and only have a 3.0. So they go off the top 20% of class.
