RISE lab administration section

Where is a good place/reference to brush up on this? I don't know squat about the lab administration portion and last year it was by far my worst section. Since I'm not doing CP I will probably never learn this stuff unless I do so on my own.

Any thoughts? I know some of it is fairly intuitive, but still.

apparently the correct way to answer the lab management questions for the RISE is as follows (at least in my case):

1) Attend the Lab Management Lecture at the April Osler Course
2) Get a time machine so I can go back and take the lab mgmt RISE section


But seriously, that lecture hit up almost all the RISE questions that I remember! Not sure if the same lecture was given in LA or Tampa. Good stuff!
